The first CannaArtDay is under my belt, it was fun but intense. I knew I was on a deadline and that I needed to document everything at the moment. I was working on several things at once but as I’m mindful of my work I notice I do that often. The world we live in today is tough, we’re constantly being pulled in different directions. I’m making notes on this page, for now here are the results of the first CAD event:
My goal is 1,000 1/1 pieces of work using the CannaArtDay process. The process is being created as I go but so far I will eat 50mg square of a cannabis-infused chocolate bar and will create artwork throughout the day using digital/AI/GAN tools. Initially, I am attempting to NOT make any changes to what I get back from the AI because the goal is to create 6 pieces of art for the day and may change as I get going. I document the process so everyone can follow along in real-time and will possibly release videos during the day as things progress.
About the artist, Vanessa, practices intuitive art daily, it’s a powerful, spiritual, & creative practice requiring dedication & focus. She truly loves her practice & the benefits she’s received from it. It’s helped her to heal, create space, understand herself better & connect with others more deeply.🙏
Her understanding of Intuitive Art is about connecting to our creativity through the intuitive process by letting the creative flow of ideas guide us. Letting go and opening up to the colors and images that want to come out can help you focus your art and process on a more therapeutic experience. ✌️
